Jordan & Lacey Weaver

Jordan: Lead Pastor

Pastor Jordan Weaver is a licensed minister with the Assemblies of God and has worked for many years to help resource and counsel cowboy church plants across the nation. He has worked as the Cowboy Church Fellowship Field Representative for four years and prior to that worked for his father, Russ Weaver, pastor of Shepherd’s Valley Cowboy Church, and his uncle, Randy Weaver, pastor of Lonestar Cowboy Church of Montgomery, Texas. In May 2012 Jordan and his family were called to Bend, Oregon to open the doors of Shiloh Ranch Cowboy Church. In addition to being a full time pastor, and his work with the Cowboy Church Fellowship, Jordan is a professional rodeo cowboy and travels with his wife Lacey, son Jhet and daughter Kodi Shea, competing in rodeos.

Lacey: Executive Pastor

Lacey Weaver was born and raised in Bend, Oregon and studied Psychology at Oregon State University (Go Beavs!). Two of Lacey’s greatest joys in life are being a mother to her six year old son Jhet and their three year old daughter Kodi Shea while serving alongside her husband, Jordan. Needless to say, throughout the years, the people of Central Oregon have had a tremendous impact and influence on the lives of Jordan and Lacey. In May of 2012 they moved to Powell Butte, Oregon from Texas to open the doors of Shiloh Ranch Cowboy Church. Lacey is thrilled to be back home:)

Scott: Development Pastor

We are not from a “cowboy background”, in… pause for effect… “any way, shape or form!” It would seem to us there would be ZERO reason we should’ve been welcomed into such an awesome church fellowship. Yet it seems the “cowboy way” includes being cool with hanging out with a man raised in both Los Angeles, CA & Seattle, WA (read: sunburned but rain soaked, bodysurfing, Nirvana/Pearl Jam devotee) AND a born green and yellow DUCK football fangirl from “hippie” Eugene, Oregon. If this is true… than anybody from anywhere with any type of “history” will be greeted and accepted as we were. Shiloh Ranch Cowboy Church IS our family’s home and IS our extended and ever-growing family. You can read the Box Family Facts here.

Kariann: Administrator

I grew up in Eugene, Oregon…so yes, I am a DUCK fan! I graduated from George Fox University in Newberg where I met my amazing husband, Scott (see worship pastor). We have two incredible kids, Ainsley and Titus. My most rewarding job is being their mom and teacher. I have homeschooled both Ainsley and Titus since kindergarten. In 2009, we moved from the Portland area to Redmond and have fallen in love with the people, pace of life, and the weather. We began attending SRCC in 2013. Although we are not cowboys, we have been welcomed into the community and truly feel at home. I am an organizational/structural crazy person. I love to bring order to things and am excited to use my administrative giftings to serve the SRCC community. Scott and I have been in church ministry our whole marriage and feel blessed to serve together at SRCC.
